- Do you accept walk-ins or appointments only? Yes, we accept walk-ins but encourage scheduling an appointment if you are looking for a specific time or day.
- Do you sell hair products? Yes, we do sell amazing professional hair products. Please see our full line in our salon.
- I have dry or damaged hair, can you help? Yes, we offer in salon repair and conditioning treatments for dry or damaged hair and also take home products to help with scalp concerns or hair loss.
- What is the difference between a full and partial foil/highlights? A Full foil has foils placed throughout the whole head and a Partial just highlights the crown/top of the head and also the sides. We find that many guests just like to be lighter around their face and some on the top to add a little definition to a color service or to their natural hair color.
- What is a Balayage color service? With a Balayage, the hair is lightened heavier towards the bottom and a little less towards the top. We allow more time for this service but the results are awesome and worth it! We recommend that you set up a phone consultation with one of our stylists to make sure this service is perfect for the results you want to achieve.
- What determines if I need a color correction service or one of our services that offer highlights? If you have multiple unwanted colors throughout your hair, you may need a color correction. This service can only be booked after speaking with one of our stylists either by phone or in the salon.
- What products can I use to improve scalp concerns or hair loss? We use and recommend Paul Mitchell Tea Tree & Lavender Mint Products for scalp concerns & Nioxin for hair loss.
- Is there anything I can do at home to maintain my hair health? Yes, we offer a large selection of professional products to help you maintain the integrity of your hair and offer longevity to your color services.
- Why might a toner/glaze be recommended for my color or highlight service? Toning/Glazing is usually recommended with a color or highlight service to help lock in the color, condition the hair, add shine and help achieve desired tones.
- Do you offer any discounts or packages? Yes, we trust and believe in the products we use in the salon so we run monthly promotions on our take home hair care products so that you can use them too.
