• Do you offer online booking? At this time, we do not offer online booking because many of our services and service times are personalized by each service provider and their guest. By speaking with you directly, we can be more confident that you are scheduled for the correct services, time and team member. We also offer complimentary consultations within the salon or by phone with your service provider. Contact us now to schedule your appointment.
• When pricing your services, why do you quote "+ or and up" with each service? The prices that you see on our service guide is what you will more than likely be charged, however because some hair is very thick and/or long, we would need to allow more time for your service and so therefore there would be a higher cost for the time and work involved. This will also apply if you get a very detailed cut or you go from a long style to a much shorter style and also if we apply multiple colors in your coloring service. We do offer complimentary consultations anytime and this will allow us to give you more detailed price for your services.
• What are you hours? We are closed Sunday and Monday. We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 9AM to 8PM, Friday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday from 9AM to 4PM. Call or stop by anytime between these hours.
• Where are you located? In West Palm Beach, Florida at 870 N Military Trail. We're just south of Belvedere Road on the east side of Military in the Golf View Shopping Plaza. 
• Do you accept walk-ins? Yes, we always do our best to accommodate walk-ins but if your wanting a specific time, day or service provider, we recommend booking an appointment.
• Do you offer consultations before making an appointment? Yes, we can do virtual, over the phone or in person consultations.
• What forms of payment do you take? We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash & Checks
• Are children allowed in the salon? Yes
• Do you sell hair products? Yes, we sell only professional hair products in our salon
• Do you offer any eco-friendly or cruelty-free products? Yes, Paul Mitchell products are all cruelty-free & vegan
• What is your parking situation? We have ample parking and in close proximity to the salon
• Is the salon accessible for people with disabilities? Yes
• Do you offer any discounts or packages? Yes, we trust and believe in the products we use in the salon so we run monthly promotions on our take home hair care products so that you can use them too.
