Cancellation & Booking Policy

At A Better Cut Salon, we value both your time and our stylists' schedules. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, please review our policy:

Booking Requirements: A credit card on file and a 50% deposit are required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied directly to your final total at checkout.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-Day Appointments: If you book a same-day appointment and need to change it, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made outside of our required windows, or failing to arrive for your appointment, may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand that emergencies happen; please reach out to us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled time.
